Upgrade the baffles on your JK 195 series suppressor to the ones used in our SBSX BREACHER! These high flow, extra tough baffles allow your existing 195 suppressor to be used on even shorter barrel lengths and with tungsten, bismuth, steel, and other heavy, high-speed 12 gauge loads.
To meet the needs of law enforcement and military breaching use, JK Armament developed a special baffle stack for the SBSX BREACHER 12 GA suppressor. These baffles provide higher flow and extra durability to accommodate full-auto use even on extremely short barrels. For the commercial market, swapping your 195 series baffles to the SBSX BREACHER baffles allows you to run your SGX 12 or VERSAX 12 on shorter barrel lengths and allows for the use of the hottest, heaviest bird hunting loads on the market including tungsten, bismuth, high speed steel, and more.
Blast baffles only: upgrading your 195’s blast baffles will allow you to use your suppressor on barrel lengths as short as 10.5”
All baffles: upgrading all of your 195’s baffles will allow you to use your suppressor on barrel lengths as short as 7.5” and provides for a high flow, reduced backpressure design that’s better suited for use on semi- and full-auto, short barrel shotguns such as the GEN-12.
How does it work? Purchase your desired JK 195 Blast Baffle Upgrade product, print out and complete this form, and ship your entire suppressor to us for upgrade service with the filled-out form in the box. We’ll exchange your baffles as required then mail your suppressor right back to your door!

Q: Can y’all just mail me replacement baffles?
A: no, sorry, ATF is strict on suppressor components and the only way to do this is to get your complete suppressor back here and have JK do the upgrade work
Q: Are you installing additional baffles or exchanging baffles or what’s happening here?
A: With this particular process we are not allowed to change the configuration (i.e. length) of your suppressor. We’ll be removing your existing baffles and installing the upgraded baffles in their place. The old ones stay here. We’ll ship your suppressor back with the new baffles installed and the suppressor fully assembled.

With this build I can suppress every .30 caliber and smaller rifle and every 9mm and smaller pistol in my collection. Whether I’m running my AR-15 or AR-10 hard – even full-auto – or I’m on a spot-and-stalk hunt with a lightweight bolt-action rifle, or I’m plinking or varmint hunting with a rimfire rifle, or I’m shooting pistols and pistol caliber carbines in 9mm or smaller, this one suppressor can be configured so it’s ideally suited for each and every one of those things and more.
Heck, if I also owned a 45 ACP pistol and/or a 458 SOCOM rifle or a .45 cal lever action I could add 5x .45 cal LT and/or PRO Pistol baffles and have those guns covered, too!
With this build I can suppress all of my rimfire rifles and pistols plus anything in 5.7x28mm. It’s also a Mission Configurable 9mm pistol and PCC suppressor that’s capable of being run in a full configuration for training on the shooting range and a short configuration for concealed carry. It’s so lightweight that it doesn’t need a booster!
